Run or walk in the 5k (in-person or virtual)

Kids 1 Mile Fun Run

3k Family Fun Walk

Our 30th Annual Arc Race will be both in-person and virtual this year, which means people from across CNY, the US, and the WORLD can participate in supporting our mission!  Getting involved has never been easier!

Choose your event – the 5k (in-person or virtual), the Kids 1 Mile Fun Run, or the 3K Family Fun Walk! Whether you run or walk, you will be supporting the Arc of Onondaga Foundation in its efforts to raise important funds so individuals with developmental disabilities can lead purpose-driven, independent and inclusive lives in our community.

This year will mark the tenth year of our Athletes in Tandem program which fosters relationships between athletes with disabilities and community runners and walkers to enhance their quality of life by empowering them to participate in competitive sporting events.  For more information, or if you are interested in being a tandem athlete, please contact our offices at 315-476-7441 x 1103.

Register by 9/6/24 to be guaranteed a tee shirt.

The first 750 registrants will receive a finisher pin, Race sticker and drawstring bag.

Finisher medals for all kids!

Race bibs and shirts will be available for pickup Friday, September 6th from 11am-6pm at Fleet Feet, 5800 Bridge Street in East Syracuse. If you cannot make it to Packet Pickup, bibs and shirts will be available on race day in the Registration area.

Every year, the Arc of Onondaga Foundation awards grants to the agency to pay for projects for which there is no traditional funding.  When you support the Arc Race and our special events and fundraising campaigns, you make these projects a reality.

We are extremely proud to announce that, to date, the Foundation has given over $1,000,000 in grant funding to Arc of Onondaga! Funds have been used for a variety of projects, equipment, and endeavors that have enhanced the quality of life, safety, and wellbeing of the people who Arc has the privilege of supporting.

In 2023, a grant for $250,000 was awarded to help fund the Wilbur Center for Opportunity, a major renovation project that transformed 5,000 square feet of warehouse space into new programing opportunities for the people Arc supports.

So, when you register for this year’s Arc Race, please know how much we need you and that your support is truly appreciated.  These are just some of your dollars at work.
