Parkside Children’s Center

Parkside Children’s Center, a division of Arc of Onondaga, provides a high quality, fully-integrated Preschool Program.  Serving 3 and 4 year-olds in Onondaga County, Parkside is licensed and regulated by the NY State Office of Children & Family Services and the NY State Department of Education.

Services Offered

  • Full-day integrated program for preschoolers with a disability – serving 3 and 4-year-olds throughout Onondaga County
  • Full-Day universal pre-kindergarten (UPK) program for all 3 and 4-year-olds residing in the Syracuse City School District
