The Executive Committee of the Arc of Onondaga Board of Directors voted unanimously to increase wages for Direct Support Professionals in recognition of the challenges we have faced and continue to face, and out of respect for the work that DSPs do 365 days a year. The job of Direct Support Professional should not be considered a minimum wage position.
