The U.S. House of Representatives is planning to vote on the Build Back Better Act, which will provide critical support to millions of people with disabilities, their families, and the direct support profession workforce. It includes:
- Increased funding for home and community-based services
- A national paid leave program
- Improvements to Supplemental Security Income
