Sponsorship Levels

Buy a table or become a sponsor of the 14th Annual Arc Achievement Awards Dinner.  There are a wide range of benefits to being a sponsor, including plenty  of recognition before, at and after the event and a variety of levels to match each sponsor's budget. We appreciate and recognize the generosity of those in the community who support the Arc Achievement Awards Dinner and join us in recognizing people with developmental disabilities.   Please take a look at the various sponsorship levels available:

PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS

You can advertise your business or organization in our Arc Achievement Awards Dinner program book, or even place a special message from you or your family in support of Arc or a particular award recipient!

Programs are distributed to all participants of the dinner as well as to other vendors and supporters. Advertisements are black and white. We request artwork (such as a PDF, JPEG or Adobe InDesign file) for your ad by May 1, 2008 to guarantee placement in the program booklet.

        Full Page Ad                         $550
        4 ¾” (W) x 7 ¾” (H)
        *Full page ads receive preferential placement.

        Half Page Ad                         $300
        4 ¾” (W) x 3 ¾” (H)

        Quarter Page Ad              $150
        2 ¼” (W) x 3 ¾” (H) or 4 ¾” (W) x 1 ¾” (H)

To reserve space in the program for your ad, fill out the Sponsorship and Advertisement form and return to Arc.

IN-KIND DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

The Arc Achievement Awards Dinner includes a silent auction, butterfly raffle, and live auction. Donations of merchandise or gift certificates from companies and individuals helps Arc raise money for people with developmental disabilities. Contributions to the auctions may be tax-deductible, as the Arc of Onondaga Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

Donors may receive recognition for their contributions:

• listing as an in-kind donor in Patterns, our quarterly magazine
• listing in the event program as an in-kind donor
• listing on signage at event as auction or raffle donor

Additional recognition may also be available to donors depending on the item(s) being donated.

Simply contact our Development Office and we'll make arrangements to pick-up or receive your item for the auction!
