Your business or organization can be a sponsor in our Arc Achievement Awards Dinner program book, or you can place a special message from you or your family in support of Arc or a particular award recipient!

Programs are distributed to all participants of the dinner as well as to other vendors and supporters. Program book sponsorships are in black and white. We request artwork (such as a PDF, JPEG or Adobe InDesign file) for your by May 15, 2012 to guarantee placement in the program booklet.

Contribution to the auction - Arc Achievement Awards Dinner - Click Here buttonIN-KIND DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

The Arc Achievement Awards Dinner includes a silent auction, butterfly raffle, and live auction. Donations of merchandise or gift certificates from companies and individuals helps Arc raise money for people with developmental disabilities. Contributions to the auctions may be tax-deductible, as the Arc of Onondaga Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

Silent Auction Donations - Arc Achievement Awards DinnerDonors may receive recognition for their contributions:
  • listing as an in-kind donor in Patterns, our quarterly magazine
  • listing in the event program as an in-kind donor
  • listing on signage at event as auction or raffle donor
Additional recognition may also be available to donors depending on the item(s) being donated.

Simply contact our Development Office and we'll make arrangements to pick-up or receive your item for the auction!
